For its Russian office the company is looking for:

Country Manager Russia

The incumbent is responsible for sale of services and products offered by the Company and its affiliates related to satellite, cable and terrestrial communications. In his/her role he/she is to identify and support the development of new sales opportunities in the Russian market.
The reporting line will be to the Russian speaking expatriate General Manager / Sales based in Kiev.


Management of Company’s Russian rep office (holding sales, and office budgets, day-to-day operational coordination);
Prospect for new business accounts and establish professionals;
Qualify customers, issue proposals, follow-up and lead responsibility for negotiating and closing services;
Prepare written proposals and make presentations;
Manage a portfolio of high value customer accounts;
Traveling as required;
Ensure workflow of information among internal customers;
Work in line with the Company Sales Manual;
Hold the mandate as General Manager of the Company Russia.

Ability to negotiate and close deals for Broadcasting services
Excellent team worker.
Ability to work independently and in a pro active manner
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously;
Solid Sales & Marketing skills;
Well-organized and efficient working style;
Effective written and verbal communications skills with people at all levels of the organization;
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills;
Computer literate (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Word, Lotus Notes).
Mother tongue in Russian and fluency in English.
Effective communication & workflow of information


Well-connected in the Russian Broadcasting industry
Demonstrate excellent know-how and understanding of Company’s position in the Russian media infrastructure environment;
Experience in the Broadcasting industry
Sales/Account Management Experience
Open minded
Experience of Western European company culture, Strict compliance to the Company code of conduct
