Regional Development Manager

The Position

Regional Development Manager based in Moscow, will be directly reported to the East Europe General Manager in Russia.

RDM is responsible for:
- Developing business with new perspective clients in the regions of Russia (Golden Ring cities, oil & gas regions: Tyumen, Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk, other perspectives: Novosibirsk, Ekaterinbourg etc.)
- initiating selling activities within the area of responsibility and involving in the whole selling cycle in the regions mentioned
- overseeing the effective arrangement of sales appointments and clients’ inspection trips in coordination with offices abroad and the Cyprus sales team
- coordinating market and marketing research activities (events, presentations) and reporting on the outcomes
- reporting the EE General Manager on sales progress and proposing operational improvements


The candidates will ideally possess the following skills and personal characteristics:

• Russian male between the ages of 28 and 40
• Strong educational background
• 3 to 5 years of property selling or banking experience in a comparable function (Sales Manager / Consultant, Customer Service Manager etc.) with focus on selling executive / luxury product or solutions to the high demanding clients
• Executive maturity, strong client service skills, ability to interact professionally with clients, ability to solve conflicts on the highest professional way
• Excellent communication, selling, analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience in managing and motivating people
• Basic knowledge in accounting and financial area
• Strong presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office software
• Fluent in written and spoken Russian and English
• Can-do Attitude
• Hands-on mentality
• Strong personality
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a friendly relationships with business partners including people in Russian regions
• Ability to set up a business in a dynamic market
• Willing to travel up to 30-50% of time during hot selling times
