Sales Administrator / TV Lens and CCTV


Our client, international TV Lens and CCTV Lens producer is opening the service (repair) workshop to cope with trouble-shooting for the growing number of delivered products.


Job qualification guideline of Sales Administrator / TV Lens and CCTV)



Department: Optical Device / Оптические устройства (линзы)

Report to: General Manager of OD Business Unit

Work with close collaboration with KAMs of TV Lens and CCTV Lens.

Job:
1 Supports offshore business
Conducts maintenance of the price lists for the buyers (dealers). The price lists are provided by FEG.
Provides local administration for the supply chain process as soon as order is confirmed.
Receives order confirmation information either from colleagues (KAM’s or service engineer) or the dealers directly;
Asks FEG to issue proforma-invoice by sending order content to his/her counterpart at FEG;
Forwards FEG’s proforma-invoice to dealers (incl. Authorized Service Centres = ASC’s);
Checks payment by dealers;
Follows up FEG’s delivery schedule and communicates with local dealers
2. Supports FFRU’s service center for optical products (supply chain of spare parts)
Provides local administration for the supply chain (onshore)
Receives order information from a FFRU service engineer or KAM’s;
Prepares sales/purchase contract between (FFRU and ASC’s ) and/or (FFRU and FEG);
Coordinates supply chain with FFRU’s accounting and logistics.
3. Coordinates sales admin process with FFRU’s accounting and logistics for offshore business in general
4. Updates whole business process (inquiry to delivery) and makes weekly reporting
5. Supports GM in management administration such as local expenses incurred by him and other minor
secretarial things


Requirements for candidates:
1. Age: 25 –35
2. Education: graduate from university
3. Knowledge of Foreign language: Good command of English (written and spoken) = he or she should be able to make himself/herself understood in English both in writing and speaking on trade-administrating terms.
4. Skills: Use of Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), e-mailing
5. Experience:
Working as a sales administrator / coordinator for more than 2 years.
