Technical Project Manager


Position Summary
The Technical Project Manager (TPM) is the leading technical person for the project, reporting to the Project Manager (PM) with the overall technical responsibility over the project and sites. The TPM is part of the IPT and will be the technical authority for the PM. The TPM will be able to change the requirements, in order to meet the project requirements.
Responsibilities

Approving the site system design, as provided by the Site System Engineer (SSE)

The troubleshooting and analysis of technical issues, prior to addressing them or directing them to any of the teams under their responsibility

The implementation / installation and testing of the solutions defined and designed by the SSE, on site after it has been approved for the site system design

Manage the installation of the building block on site including sensors

Civil implementation

Perform the low level integration (field engineering)

Execute sub-system tests

Conduct TRR before the OSAT to recommend to the PM, the site readiness
Education / Certification Requirements:

Bachelor / Engineering

PHD is advantage

PMP, PMI, Prince 2 accreditation
Skills and Experience

5-8 years of experience as TPM in large and multi-disciplinary companies

Has effectively worked in a matrix organization delivering construction projects

Working in multi-cultural disciplines

IT skills/experience MS Office user level

Uzbekistan citizenship

Fluent Uzbekistan, Russian and English language skills
Personal competencies

Ability to work well in a matrix team environment

Team player and a natural networker

Strong problem solving skills, ability to understand and identify key strategic issues

Partnership management and collaboration skills

Demonstrates initiative and creativity by originating, anticipating and implementing new ideas

Ability to work independently on most aspects of projects

Ability to manage multiple projects in varied stages
